The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is the perfect solution for commercial kitchens looking to combine efficiency, power, and versatility. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, it provides a spacious and durable platform for preparing a variety of dishes. The stainless steel front and sides add both durability and ease of maintenance, while the 4” stainless steel front rail ensures a professional and sturdy design.
To ensure safety and convenience, the range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick access, as well as a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. The standing pilot for open top burners ensures reliable flame control, while the battery spark ignition makes it easy to start the oven bases.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) feature two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, each with a specially designed port arrangement for even heat distribution. This allows for precise flame control, making these burners ideal for sautéing, stir-frying, or cooking delicate dishes that require high heat with consistent performance.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) provides an additional 24” of cooking space, ideal for grilling and frying. The 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution for consistent results, and it can be either manually or thermostatically controlled depending on your cooking preferences. Whether you’re preparing pancakes, eggs, or burgers, the griddle gives you flexibility and efficiency.
For oven cooking, the Convection Oven Models (A) provide a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offers ample space for a variety of baking and roasting tasks. The oven is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing for easy adjustments based on your cooking needs.
The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor powers the convection oven, providing optimal airflow for even cooking. The motor’s permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation ensure reliable and durable performance. The oven also features an on/off switch to allow the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, offering even more flexibility for different cooking techniques.
