This 36” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top designed for optimal cooking ergonomics. Built with stainless steel front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail, this range is both durable and easy to maintain, offering both strength and a sleek, modern look to any kitchen.
Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off to the entire unit, enabling quick and easy access during maintenance or emergencies. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for reliable operation, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee hassle-free and efficient ignition.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are ideal for high-heat cooking. Featuring six 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, these burners are designed with a port arrangement that allows for even distribution of flame, ensuring consistent and efficient heating. This makes them perfect for tasks like sautéing, frying, and searing, where precise temperature control is essential.
For baking, roasting, and other cooking tasks, the Convection Oven Models (A) provide exceptional versatility and performance. With a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, it offers a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it perfect for a wide range of applications. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing plenty of space for full-sized pans. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, allowing for easy and flexible placement of pans and trays. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection, the oven operates smoothly and efficiently. The Class “B” insulation ensures energy efficiency and temperature stability. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
