The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed for professional kitchens that demand power, durability, and flexibility. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel front and sides provide a sleek, durable surface that’s easy to clean and maintain, while the 4” stainless steel front rail ensures a sturdy and professional design.
Safety is a top priority with the front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing you to quickly disconnect the gas supply if needed. A factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow for reliable performance. The standing pilot for open top burners provides dependable flame control, and battery spark ignition makes it easy to start the oven bases.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are designed for maximum efficiency and heat control. Featuring four 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, these burners are perfect for high-heat cooking and evenly distributed flame. The port arrangement ensures even heat distribution, making them ideal for sautéing, stir-frying, and other high-precision cooking tasks.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) offers an additional 12” of cooking space, perfect for grilling and frying. The 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution, allowing for consistent cooking results. The manual control gives you full command over the heat, making it easy to cook everything from pancakes to burgers to eggs.
To complete the range, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a sturdy and attractive base for the unit. This stainless steel cabinet base is built to last and features optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering easy access to storage space beneath the range.
