The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed for the modern commercial kitchen, offering versatility, reliability, and powerful cooking features. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range ensures ample workspace for both large-scale meal prep and intricate cooking tasks. Its durable stainless steel front and sides provide a professional look while offering easy cleaning and long-lasting resistance to the wear and tear of daily kitchen use. The 4” stainless steel front rail adds a touch of style and functionality, ensuring safety and easy maintenance.
Safety and efficiency are at the forefront of this range’s design. It features a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing you to quickly and easily shut off the gas to the entire range when necessary. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for optimal burner performance, while the standing pilot for open top burners ensures reliable ignition, even during busy kitchen hours. The battery spark ignition for oven bases makes starting up the ovens quick and easy.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) deliver exceptional heat output and precision. With four 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, these burners offer robust power for searing, sautéing, and cooking high-demand dishes. The port arrangement of these burners provides an even distribution of flame, ensuring consistent cooking results across the entire cooking surface.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) provides an additional 12” of cooking space, perfect for grilling, frying, and other cooking techniques that benefit from a flat surface. Made of 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel, the griddle plate offers superior heat distribution and durability. With manual control, the heat settings allow you to fine-tune your cooking to achieve perfect results every time.
For baking and roasting, the Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior provides easy cleaning and even heat distribution, while the 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep interior ensures ample space for full-sized pans to fit either way. The oven includes one rack with two position side rails for versatile cooking and baking options.
