The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered for high-performance cooking in busy commercial kitchens. Its 36” wide cooking top, set at a convenient 37” height, provides ample cooking space for versatile meal preparation. Crafted from stainless steel, with a 4” stainless steel front rail and sturdy stainless steel front and sides, this range is designed for durability and easy maintenance, giving your kitchen both style and functionality.
Safety and efficiency are central to this design, with a front-located manual gas shut-off that allows for easy control of the gas flow to the entire range, ensuring safety and convenience. The factory-installed regulator provides consistent gas pressure, and the standing pilot for open top burners along with the battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee reliability when it’s time to cook.
For versatile cooking, the Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) feature two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. These burners have a specially designed port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, providing consistent heat for efficient cooking, perfect for tasks like sautéing, searing, and stir-frying.
In addition, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) offers a 24” cooking surface with removable, cast iron grates, allowing you to grill meats, vegetables, and seafood to perfection. Whether you’re grilling steaks or vegetables, the charbroiler offers excellent heat retention and durability.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing you to bake, roast, and cook at various temperatures. The porcelain enamel interior of the oven is designed for easy cleaning and durability, with ample space measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven accommodates full-sized pans both ways, and comes with one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility for cooking multiple dishes at once.
