This professional gas range features a 36” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, ensuring ample space for multiple cooking tasks simultaneously. The sleek stainless steel front and sides combined with a 4” stainless steel front rail ensure a stylish, easy-to-maintain design built for the rigors of a busy kitchen environment.
Safety and efficiency are paramount, with a front-located manual gas shut-off providing quick access to the entire range's gas system. A factory-installed regulator ensures optimal and consistent gas pressure, while the standing pilot for open top burners guarantees reliable ignition at all times. Additionally, the battery spark ignition for oven bases allows for fast and easy oven startup, reducing downtime during peak hours.
For outstanding cooking performance, the Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) feature two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. The port arrangement of these burners ensures even distribution of flame across the cooking surface, allowing for precise heat control perfect for searing, sautéing, and other high-heat cooking techniques.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) offers a 24” cooking area, made with a 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate that provides superior heat retention and even cooking. With the option for manual or thermostatic control, the griddle gives you flexibility in adjusting the heat for a variety of dishes, whether it’s breakfast items, sandwiches, or burgers.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are built for both power and precision. With a 45,000 BTU NAT oven and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven is perfect for a variety of baking, roasting, and broiling tasks. The porcelain enamel interior ensures easy cleaning and even heat distribution, while the spacious oven interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fits full-sized pans in either orientation. One rack with two-position side rails adds flexibility for different cooking requirements.
