The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is the ideal choice for high-performance cooking in demanding commercial kitchens. This range is 36” wide with a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for versatile food preparation. It features 4” stainless steel front rail and sturdy stainless steel front and sides, combining durability with a sleek and professional appearance. Designed to withstand the rigorous demands of a busy kitchen, it offers both style and functionality.
Safety and reliability are top priorities, with a front-located manual gas shut-off to control gas flow to the entire range for added peace of mind. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for optimum performance, and the standing pilot for open top burners combined with battery spark ignition for oven bases provides easy and reliable ignition every time.
For precise, even heating, the Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) feature six 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. The burners are equipped with a specialized port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, making them perfect for sautéing, searing, and other high-heat cooking tasks that require consistent heat.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are designed for superior baking, roasting, and general oven cooking. With a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), it offers versatile temperature control to accommodate a variety of dishes. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, making it large enough to fit full-sized pans both ways. The oven comes with one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexibility for multiple cooking levels.
