The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a commercial-grade cooking solution designed for high-performance kitchens. Featuring a 36” wide cooking top and a 37” high cooking top, it offers ample workspace for cooking a wide variety of dishes. The stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides provide durability, ensuring the range remains easy to clean and resistant to wear over time. The front-located manual gas shut-off offers safety by allowing quick control of the gas supply to the entire range. A factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance and pressure control. Additionally, the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases offer reliable ignition.
Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4): The Split Burner Configuration enhances flexibility, featuring two Star/Sauté burners in the front and two standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear. The Star/Sauté burners are designed for precise, high-heat cooking, making them perfect for sautéing or delicate tasks. The 33K BTU burners in the rear provide ample power for high-output cooking, allowing chefs to handle a wide range of cooking methods from simmering to searing. This combination of burner types ensures versatility, accommodating both delicate and intense cooking tasks simultaneously.
Griddle Top (Left or Right): A 12” Griddle Top, made from 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel, is available on either the left or right side of the range. This griddle is perfect for cooking items like pancakes, burgers, or grilled sandwiches. With manual control, chefs can adjust the temperature precisely, ensuring consistent results every time.
Convection Oven Models (A): The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering flexibility for a wide variety of baking, roasting, and cooking needs. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans and trays. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing for efficient and versatile use. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor, offering high efficiency with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for safety. An On/Off switch is included to allow the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, further increasing its flexibility.
