The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series combines durability and versatility, tailored for high-demand commercial kitchens. It features a 36” wide cooking top with a 37” high surface, offering both space and ergonomic design for chefs. The range is made with 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-lasting performance and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing an added layer of safety and convenience, and a factory-installed regulator that ensures steady and efficient gas flow.
The standing pilot for open top burners delivers consistent performance, while the battery spark ignition makes starting the oven bases quick and simple. The Split Burner Configuration includes (3) Star/Sauté burners in the front for high-heat cooking and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, providing a variety of cooking options, from fast searing to steady simmering.
The Convection Oven model, equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, operates with a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). It features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, capable of holding three racks with five-position side rails. The oven uses a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor, which is high efficiency and comes with permanent split phase motor with lubricated ball bearings and overload protection for longevity and safety. An On/Off switch is also included, enabling the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, providing additional flexibility for a wide range of cooking needs. This versatile range offers powerful cooking performance to meet the demands of any busy kitchen.
