The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered for high-performance cooking in busy commercial kitchens. This range features a 36” wide cooking top with a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for food preparation and cooking. The range's 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and make cleaning a breeze, while the front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick and easy gas shut-off in case of an emergency. With a factory-installed regulator, the range ensures consistent gas pressure for reliable performance. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee quick and efficient startup.
The Split Burner Configuration provides a versatile cooking experience, with one Star/Sauté burner in the front and one standard 33K BTU burner in the rear. The Star/Sauté burner delivers intense, even heat, ideal for high-heat cooking methods like searing, stir-frying, or sautéing. The 33K BTU standard burner in the rear provides steady heat for simmering, boiling, or frying, making this range adaptable to a wide variety of cooking techniques.
The 24” Griddle Top can be positioned on the left or right side of the range to suit your kitchen layout. The 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution across the surface, making it perfect for cooking breakfast items like pancakes, eggs, or burgers. The griddle is manual or thermostatic controlled, offering flexibility in temperature adjustments. Choose manual control for hands-on operation or thermostatic control for precise temperature settings.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet provides a sturdy and durable base for the range. This cabinet is designed for easy maintenance and contributes to the overall clean, professional appearance of the range. It features optional no-charge doors that open from the center, allowing easy access to storage space below the cooking area. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning.
