The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the rigorous demands of busy commercial kitchens. Featuring a 36” wide cooking top and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample cooking space and optimal ergonomics. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure a durable, professional appearance that’s easy to clean. For safety and convenience, the front-located manual gas shut-off allows operators to quickly turn off gas to the entire range in case of emergency. The factory-installed regulator ensures a steady and reliable gas supply, while the standing pilot for open-top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee easy startup and operation.
The Split Burner Configuration includes (2) Star/Sauté burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear. The Star/Sauté burners deliver intense, direct heat, perfect for high-heat cooking techniques such as searing, sautéing, or stir-frying. The standard 33K BTU burners provide reliable and consistent heat for simmering, boiling, and frying. This configuration provides versatility, enabling you to use different heat zones for a variety of cooking methods at the same time.
The 12” Griddle Top can be placed on either the left or right side of the range for maximum flexibility, depending on your kitchen setup. The 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution, perfect for cooking breakfast items like pancakes, eggs, or grilled sandwiches. The griddle is manual controlled, offering precise temperature control for optimal cooking results.
The Standard Oven is a high-powered 45,000 BTU NAT model with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans, which can fit both ways. This oven is designed to handle large quantities of food and ensure even cooking. The oven comes with one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility in the height at which you place food for optimal cooking results.
