The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed for high-performance and durability in commercial kitchens. This 36” wide unit features a 37” high cooking top, offering ergonomic accessibility for chefs. With its 4” stainless steel front rail, and durable stainless steel front and sides, the range is both sleek and easy to clean. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick gas flow control, and the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable operation.
The standing pilot for open top burners provides consistent ignition, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offers reliable starts. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear, ideal for high-heat cooking, with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, perfect for sautéing and versatile cooking tasks.
The Standard Oven Models (D) offer a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. With one rack and two-position side rails, this oven provides flexibility for a wide range of cooking needs, making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.
