The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a 36” wide commercial gas range featuring a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for various cooking tasks. It comes with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and easy cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick gas shutoff to the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator maintains consistent gas pressure for optimal performance. For safety and reliability, the range uses standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, making the ignition process smooth and efficient.
The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are a standout feature, with 40,000 BTU NAT output for powerful cooking. These patented high-output, three-piece, easy-clean non-clog burners ensure high performance and easy maintenance. The burners also feature a built-in port protection drip ring to prevent messes and spills. A group of 4 burners is available, making it versatile for handling multiple pots and pans simultaneously.
The Convection Oven Models (A) offers a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and it comes with three racks and five position side rails for efficient rack placement. The motor is 1/2 hp with a 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and it features a high-efficiency permanent split-phase motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to be used as a standard oven.
