The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a durable and versatile commercial gas range designed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space and reliability for various cooking applications. The unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and ease of cleaning. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off provides convenient control of the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth, reliable operation. The standing pilot for the open top burners guarantees consistent flames for precision cooking, and the battery spark ignition system ensures dependable ignition for the oven bases.
The Charbroiler is available in a 36” size and comes with removable cast iron grates, offering excellent heat retention and even grilling. These grates are easy to remove for cleaning and provide consistent, high-quality grilling results for meats, vegetables, and other dishes.
The Standard Oven (Model D) offers a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT output, ensuring even heat distribution for efficient baking and roasting. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), giving you precise control over your cooking temperature. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans that fit both ways. Additionally, the oven comes with one rack featuring two-position side rails, allowing for flexibility in arranging cookware.
