The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a robust and versatile solution for commercial kitchens, offering powerful performance and durability. This 36” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, designed to provide ample space for cooking and accommodate high-volume demands. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure both strength and ease of maintenance, making it perfect for demanding kitchen environments. Additionally, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing quick access for safety, and a factory-installed regulator for consistent performance.
The range includes battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable and quick lighting. For added flexibility, the range can be equipped with a 36” griddle top made of 1/2" thick cold-rolled steel for efficient heat distribution. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatically controlled options, allowing you to choose the most convenient heating method for your cooking needs.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering sufficient space for full-sized pans, which can be placed both ways for optimal versatility. The oven also comes with one rack with two position side rails, enhancing your cooking options.
