The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. This range measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring durable stainless steel construction with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for added durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to shut off gas to the entire range, ensuring safety. The range also includes a factory-installed regulator and a standing pilot for the open top burners, ensuring consistent ignition. Additionally, the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners option features two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that provide powerful, even heat. These burners produce 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) power, and the rear burner is large enough to hold up to a 14” stock pot, ideal for large-scale cooking. The 1/2” Smooth Steel Griddle Plate on the 36” wide griddles is polished for easy cooking and features raised sides. The griddle is available in either manual or thermostatic control, allowing flexibility for different cooking styles.
This range also features a 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A), with a standing pilot and a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile cooking. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor runs at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides additional storage and durability, and an optional no-charge door is available for customization.
