The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built to meet the demands of even the busiest kitchens. With a 48-5/8” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range features a durable stainless steel construction, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for easy cleaning and lasting durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to safely shut off gas to the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures a seamless installation process. The standing pilot for the open top burners guarantees consistent ignition, while battery spark ignition on the oven bases allows for smooth, reliable startup.
Equipped with 33K Non-Clog Burners, this range features two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that produce 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) heat. The rear burner is large enough to hold up to a 14” stock pot, making it ideal for heavy-duty cooking. The 5 Burner Configuration combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three star 33K burners in the front, offering maximum versatility and power for various cooking techniques.
The 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A) offers precise temperature control with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, providing ample space for cooking. It includes three racks with five-position side rails to accommodate different cooking needs. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor runs at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to also function as a standard oven for additional cooking flexibility.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base offers robust storage and durability, with an optional no-charge door available for customization.
