The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” in width with a 37” high cooking top, this range features durable stainless steel construction, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to safely turn off gas to the entire range, and it comes with a factory-installed regulator for seamless operation. The range includes a standing pilot for the open top burners, ensuring reliable ignition, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for easy and efficient startup.
Equipped with 33K Non-Clog Burners, this range includes two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that provide 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) heat. The rear burner is capable of holding up to a 14” stock pot, making it ideal for heavy-duty cooking. Additionally, the Pyromax Burners option offers four high-output burners that produce 40,000 BTUs of NAT heat. These patented, three-piece, easy-clean, non-clog burners are built with port protection drip rings to help maintain clean cooking surfaces, ensuring maximum efficiency and ease of maintenance.
The 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A) features a standing pilot and a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, offering ample cooking space. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, providing flexibility to accommodate a variety of dishes. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor runs at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed, increasing its versatility.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base provides sturdy storage and durability, with an optional no-charge door for added customization.
