The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for busy professional kitchens that demand versatility, power, and durability. With an overall width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features rugged construction with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides—offering both a professional appearance and easy cleaning. For safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire range, along with a factory-installed regulator to ensure proper gas flow. The standing pilot ensures quick ignition for the open burners, and battery spark ignition simplifies oven startup.
This model includes (4) 33K Non-Clog Burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT). These patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners are built for long-term use and provide even heat distribution. Rear burners can accommodate stock pots up to 14”, making them ideal for bulk cooking or boiling tasks. To enhance cooking versatility, this range also features a Griddle Top, available in either a 24” or 48” width and placed on the left or right side. The 24” griddle comes with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate, while the 48” model is equipped with a 1” thick polished steel plate—both with raised sides to contain grease and spills. Griddles are available in manual or thermostatic controls, depending on your kitchen’s needs.
Beneath the cooktop, the Standard Oven Model (D) delivers 45,000 BTUs of NAT power and operates with a standing pilot. The oven temperature range spans from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it suitable for a wide variety of baking and roasting applications. The interior is porcelain enameled and measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to accommodate full-size pans in either orientation. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements.
An 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C) adds durable, under-range storage to the unit and can be outfitted with an optional no-charge door for added convenience.
