The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers professional kitchens the ultimate in durability, flexibility, and performance. With its 48-5/8” width and 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is designed to provide ample space for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. Featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, this range ensures durability and easy cleaning, making it an excellent choice for high-traffic kitchens. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator offer added convenience and safety, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure seamless operation.
Equipped with 33K Non-clog Burners (Burner Option 1), this range features (2) patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners that provide a powerful 33,000 BTU NAT output. The rear burners are designed to hold up to a 14” stock pot, ensuring that even large pots can be handled with ease. The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), delivering 40,000 BTU NAT, provide high-output cooking with a patented, three-piece, easy-to-clean, non-clog design. Built-in port protection and a drip ring add extra functionality, ensuring that cooking remains mess-free and efficient.
The Standard Oven Model features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering flexible cooking temperatures for a variety of dishes. The oven's porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, is large enough to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it versatile and easy to adjust for various cooking needs.
The range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (C) that offers valuable storage space for kitchen essentials. An optional no-charge door is also available for added convenience.
