The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is expertly crafted for high-performance commercial kitchens that demand durability, versatility, and efficiency. This 48-5/8” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, offering ample workspace for a variety of cooking tasks. Its construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, with stainless steel front and sides for a clean, professional appearance and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator offer added safety and control. The system includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring fast and reliable startup.
This configuration includes (4) patented 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), each made from a one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron for maximum durability and consistent heat. Rear burners are designed to accommodate stock pots up to 14”, making them ideal for high-volume cooking.
Complementing the burners is a 24” charbroiler, available on either the left or right side of the range. It features removable cast iron grates that provide even heat distribution and are easy to clean—perfect for grilling proteins, vegetables, and more with precision.
Below the cooking surface is a Space Saver Double Oven (EE) configuration, each oven delivering 45,000 BTU NAT of power. The ovens include a standing pilot ignition and offer a wide thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). With porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 19.5” wide x 26.5” deep, they provide ample space in a compact footprint. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting options.
