The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is built for serious commercial kitchens that demand both performance and flexibility. This professional-grade gas range measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, providing ample workspace while maintaining an efficient footprint. Its rugged construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering lasting durability and a polished, easy-to-clean finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure safe, simple operation, while standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases offer fast, reliable startups.
This model features (4) patented 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron burners, designed with a one-piece, lifetime clog-free construction. The rear burners can accommodate 14” stock pots, making them ideal for high-volume cooking.
To the left or right of the burners, the unit includes a griddle top available in two configurations: a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 24” models (manual or thermostatic control available), or a 1” polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 48” wide griddles, perfect for handling larger volumes of breakfast items, proteins, or vegetables.
Below the cooktop are Space Saver Double Ovens (EE), each powered by 45,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, providing excellent heat retention and easy cleaning. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for versatile baking and roasting capabilities.
