Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series – 5 Burner with Space Saver Double Ovens
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance, space-efficient solution for professional kitchens demanding versatility, durability, and power. This 48-5/8” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking surface and a durable build with a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a factory-installed regulator for reliable gas flow control. For added safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and battery spark ignition for the ovens, while the open top burners operate with a standing pilot.
This configuration includes (2) patented, one-piece 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners, built from cast iron and designed for heavy-duty use—including supporting 14” stock pots in the rear. The 5-burner configuration (Option 5) combines these with (2) powerful 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) standard 33K burners in the front. This unique setup allows for flexible high-output cooking, ideal for sautéing, simmering, and rapid boiling simultaneously.
Underneath, the Space Saver Double Oven (EE) models maximize performance in a compact footprint. Each oven operates at 45,000 BTU NAT with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, providing plenty of space for standard pans. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, supporting multi-level cooking.
