Engineered for peak performance and space efficiency, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is the perfect addition to any high-demand commercial kitchen. With a 48-5/8” width and 37” high cooking surface, this unit delivers exceptional cooking capacity while maintaining a compact footprint. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, a 4” stainless steel front rail, and a factory-installed regulator, it’s built for long-lasting durability and clean, professional aesthetics.
The range includes (2) patented, one-piece 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron burners, designed to accommodate large stock pots up to 14” in the rear. This model features the 5 Burner Configuration (Option 5), combining (2) high-output 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in the front—offering both intense heat and versatile cooking control for any style of cuisine.
Below the cooktop, the Space Saver Double Oven (EE) models provide dual baking capability in a condensed footprint. Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT of consistent power and features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interiors are finished with easy-to-clean porcelain enamel and measure 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting standard pans with ease. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, ideal for flexible cooking setups.
