Built for powerhouse performance in compact commercial kitchens, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series delivers the perfect blend of cooking versatility and high-output efficiency. With a 48-5/8” width and a 37” high cooktop, this heavy-duty gas range features a rugged stainless steel front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail—designed for durability, easy cleaning, and a sleek, professional look.
At the heart of this unit are (2) patented, 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron burners, positioned in the rear and capable of supporting stock pots up to 14” in diameter. Complementing these are (4) Pyromax burners—delivering a massive 40,000 BTU each—featuring a three-piece, clog-resistant design with built-in port protection drip rings for easy cleaning and long-term reliability. This mixed burner configuration offers maximum cooking power and flexibility for demanding service environments.
The base of the unit houses Space Saver Double Ovens (Model EE), each with 45,000 BTU NAT and thermostat-controlled baking from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). These compact yet powerful ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting standard pans with ease. Each includes one rack with two-position side rails, perfect for multi-dish prep or baking versatility.
