The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers a blend of powerful cooking capabilities and durable construction for high-demand commercial kitchens. This 48-5/8” wide range features a 37” high cooking top and is built with stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail for ease of cleaning and a modern, professional appearance.
Equipped with (8) patented, clog-free, one-piece cast iron burners—each delivering 33,000 BTU NAT—this range is designed to handle everything from simmering sauces to searing steaks. The rear burners are large enough to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, making it ideal for busy kitchens requiring high-volume cooking.
For oven versatility, the Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE) provide 45,000 BTU NAT power per oven. Each oven has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven interiors feature one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for efficient and flexible cooking.
With standing pilots for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens, this range is designed for both convenience and safety, making it the ideal choice for chefs looking for top-notch performance in a commercial kitchen setup.
