The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is built for high-performance cooking in demanding commercial environments. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this gas range is constructed with durable stainless steel on the front and sides, and includes a 4” stainless steel front rail for added workspace protection. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows quick control over the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas flow. The unit features a standing pilot for all open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring reliable starts with minimal maintenance.
This configuration is equipped with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, featuring wavy cast bowl grates designed to improve burner efficiency and allow full use of the cooking surface. These specialized grates are compatible only with 27K BTU burners and are ideal for maximizing space and heat coverage.
On one side, a 24” wide griddle top provides a versatile cooking surface. The griddle includes a 1/2” thick, smooth polished steel plate with raised sides for safety and efficiency. It is available in either manual or thermostatic control to suit your kitchen's specific needs. For higher heat retention and durability, a 1” thick plate is also available on 48” griddles.
The range includes a 32,000 BTU convection oven (Model A) with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and comes with three racks and five-position side rails. A 1/2 horsepower, 1710 RPM motor powers the high-efficiency fan system, which includes permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the oven to operate in standard or convection mode.
Finally, this model includes an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) for added storage, complete with an optional no-charge door for secure access. This combination of versatile burners, griddle, convection baking, and storage makes the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series a powerhouse solution for professional kitchens.
