The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for optimal performance in professional kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and a sleek, cleanable appearance. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed gas regulator. Open-top burners are equipped with standing pilots, while oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable lighting.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design for improved heat efficiency and full utilization of the cooktop surface. It comes with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, engineered for consistent performance. Additionally, it features Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7)—a patented high-output, three-piece design delivering 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These burners include a built-in port protection drip ring for easy cleaning and are available in a group of four for serious cooking power.
The range is equipped with a Convection Oven (Model A) rated at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and comes with three racks and five-position side rails. A 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) ensures high-efficiency air circulation, with permanent split phase construction, ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the oven to function as a standard oven when convection is not needed.
Completing the setup is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which includes an optional no-charge door for added enclosed storage space.
