The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for performance and durability in busy kitchen environments. It measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels for added strength and easy cleaning. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick access and control of the entire range, as well as a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent and safe operation. Open-top burners operate via a standing pilot system, while the oven bases utilize a battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
This model features Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), a cast bowl design that maximizes burner efficiency and allows full utilization of the cooktop surface. It includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, delivering robust performance for a variety of cooking applications. Complementing the open burners is a 24” charbroiler, available on either the left or right side, with removable cast iron grates that provide excellent heat retention and ease of maintenance.
The range is equipped with a Standard Oven (Model D) rated at 45,000 BTU NAT, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide and 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both lengthwise and crosswise. It comes with one oven rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting options.
Finally, the unit includes an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering extra storage space below the cooking surface, with an optional no-charge door available for enclosed storage.
