The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for heavy-duty kitchen operations. It measures 48-5/8” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. The unit includes a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, providing a durable and professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for easy and immediate control over the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures stable gas pressure. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), featuring four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The cast bowl design enhances burner efficiency and allows for full utilization of the range top. A 24” griddle is installed on either the left or right side, built with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate and raised sides for clean, safe operation. For wider applications, a 1” thick steel plate is available on 48” models, with options for either manual or thermostatic controls.
The Standard Oven (Model D) provides 45,000 BTU NAT of baking power with a standing pilot and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed in either direction. One oven rack and two-position side rails are included for flexible use.
An integrated 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) provides additional storage and includes an optional no-charge door for a clean, enclosed appearance.
