The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a commercial-grade gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a durable stainless steel front and sides along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for added durability and ease of maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick control over the entire range, and a factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent and safe performance. The range operates with a standing pilot for open top burners and includes battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The cast bowl design enhances burner efficiency and allows for full use of the cooktop surface. A 36” charbroiler is positioned on either the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates for superior heat retention and easy cleaning.
For baking and roasting, the range is equipped with a Standard Oven (Model D) rated at 45,000 BTU NAT, offering a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in either direction. It comes with one oven rack and two-position side rails.
An 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) is included, providing extra storage space with an optional no-charge door to keep contents enclosed and organized.
