The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range, designed to meet the demanding needs of high-volume kitchens. It features a width of 48-5/8” and a cooking top height of 37”, with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel construction throughout the front and sides for easy maintenance and durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety by allowing quick access to the gas flow, while a factory-installed regulator provides consistent and reliable gas pressure. For enhanced convenience and performance, it includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design, ensuring better heat efficiency and allowing for the full use of the entire range top. These grates are compatible only with 27K BTU Non-clog burners, and the unit includes two burners for cooking flexibility. In addition, the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) offer an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT output. These patented high-output burners are easy to clean, feature a three-piece design, and come with built-in port protection and a drip ring. A set of four burners is available for this option, giving users even more versatility.
The Standard Oven Models (D) include a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, complete with a standing pilot and a thermostat that offers a range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with the capacity to fit full-sized pans both ways. The oven comes with one rack that can be positioned in two different positions, offering additional flexibility for various cooking needs.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) features an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, with the option for a no-charge door, which adds to the range’s sleek, professional appearance.
