The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range designed for high-demand kitchens. This range measures 48-5/8” in width with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and a stainless steel front and sides for a durable, easy-to-maintain design. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick and efficient gas control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas pressure. For safety and performance, the range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, allowing smooth operation.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) offer a cast bowl design, enhancing heat efficiency and providing the full use of the entire range top. These grates are compatible only with 27K BTU Non-clog burners and come with eight burners for a versatile cooking surface, ideal for handling large volumes of food at once.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat that operates in the temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility for baking and roasting.
The range also comes with an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Stainless Steel Cabinet C), with an optional no-charge door for added customization and a sleek, professional finish.
