The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a commercial-grade gas range designed for durability, performance, and space efficiency in high-demand kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this model features a robust build with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for a sleek and easy-to-clean exterior. Safety and control are top priorities, with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed regulator included. The unit utilizes a standing pilot system for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases to ensure reliable startup every time.
This configuration includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The cast bowl grate design enhances heating efficiency and provides full usability across the cooking surface. The unit is also equipped with a 24” griddle top (left or right placement), constructed of a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides for optimal griddling. For wider models, a 1” plate is available on 48” configurations.
Beneath the cooking surface are Space Saver Double Ovens (EE), each delivering 45,000 BTU NAT and offering a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are finished in porcelain enamel and measure 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating a variety of pans. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing versatility within a compact footprint.
