The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of a professional kitchen. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of cleaning. A manual gas shut-off valve is conveniently located on the front of the unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and safe gas flow. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2)—engineered with a cast bowl design that maximizes efficiency and allows full use of the cooktop surface. It includes two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. Additionally, it features Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), offering 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These high-output, patented burners are designed in a three-piece, easy-to-clean configuration with a built-in port protection drip ring. A group of four Pyromax burners is included in this configuration for maximum cooking power.
Below the cooking surface, the Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE) deliver powerful and compact performance. Each oven produces 45,000 BTU NAT and operates within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of each oven measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep and includes one rack with two-position side rails, accommodating a variety of pan sizes within a space-saving footprint.
