The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens. It measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing durability and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers added safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure for reliable performance. The unit also includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The range is equipped with Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), which feature four 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. The unique port arrangement allows for even distribution of flame, enhancing cooking efficiency and control.
For grilling, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) offers a 24” cooking surface with removable, cast iron grates, providing flexibility for various grilling needs.
The Convection Oven Models (A) are designed for optimal heat circulation with 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens, which operate within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. Additionally, an on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
The unit rests on an 18” stainless steel cabinet base with an optional no-charge door.
