The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a powerful, versatile commercial kitchen appliance, designed for both performance and durability. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and a professional appearance. It comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners under Burner Option 3. These cast iron star/saute burners are engineered with a port arrangement that allows for even flame distribution, delivering precise heat across cooking surfaces.
To complement the burners, the unit features a griddle top available on the left or right side, with options for a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides on 24” wide griddles (available in manual or thermostatic controls), or a 1” thick plate on 48” wide griddles for enhanced heat retention and durability.
For baking and roasting needs, the Convection Oven (Model A) offers 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is coated in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans. It includes three racks and five-position side rails, and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection function to be turned off, using the oven as a standard unit.
The base features an 18” stainless steel cabinet for added storage or utility, with an optional no-charge door.
