The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens, offering a powerful combination of performance, flexibility, and durability in a 48-5/8” wide footprint. With a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, delivering both resilience and a sleek, professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, a front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, and a factory-installed gas regulator ensures proper operation. Open top burners use a standing pilot ignition system, while the oven bases are ignited via battery spark ignition.
This configuration includes two 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), designed with a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution, ideal for high-output cooking and sauté applications. Complementing these are four 40,000 BTU NAT Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), which feature a patented, high-output three-piece design for easy cleaning and superior performance. These burners include built-in port protection drip rings, reducing the risk of clogs and maintaining optimal efficiency in demanding environments.
The unit is equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A), featuring a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails, offering versatile baking and roasting options. The oven is powered by a 1/2 HP, 1710 RPM motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
Rounding out the unit is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which provides additional under-range storage. For added flexibility, an optional no-charge door is available. This range configuration is ideal for chefs who demand reliable, high-performance cooking equipment with versatile burner options and powerful oven capabilities.
