The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a top-tier commercial gas range designed for high-demand professional kitchens. This 48-5/8” wide range features a 37” high cooking surface and is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator guarantees efficient gas flow. The open top burners operate with a standing pilot, and battery spark ignition ensures reliable lighting for the oven bases.
Equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), this range offers efficient heat with an innovative port arrangement designed to distribute the flame evenly for consistent cooking results. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) includes two Pyromax burners located in the rear, combined with three standard 33K burners in the front, delivering versatile cooking options for high-volume kitchen environments.
The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D) offers reliable performance with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a standing pilot system for easy ignition. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both ways, maximizing the available space for cooking. It includes one rack with two-position side rails to accommodate a variety of baking and roasting needs.
The range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering storage and additional workspace for a more organized kitchen. An optional no-charge door is available to provide a fully enclosed, sleek look.
