The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers superior performance and durability, making it an excellent choice for busy commercial kitchens. This range features a spacious 48-5/8” wide cooking area with a 37” high cooking top, and a 4” stainless steel front rail, complemented by stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, professional look. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access to quickly control the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures efficient operation. Open top burners utilize a standing pilot system for reliable ignition, and battery spark ignition is provided for the oven bases.
The range includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), which are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution for consistent cooking results. Additionally, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K star burners in the front, offering a variety of high-heat options for versatile cooking.
The 45,000 BTU NAT Standard Oven (Model D) features a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a standing pilot ignition system. The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with the capacity to accommodate full-sized pans in both directions. One rack with two-position side rails is included, making it easy to adjust the oven’s cooking space for various needs.
Supporting the range is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which offers storage and work space, further enhancing the range’s functionality. An optional no-charge door is available to fully enclose the base for a streamlined appearance.
