The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers robust performance with a range of features designed for high-efficiency cooking in demanding commercial kitchens. The range measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, making it spacious and versatile for large-scale food preparation. Its construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing durability and ease of cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off gives operators convenient control over the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal performance. For ignition, the open top burners utilize a standing pilot system, while battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases.
The range includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), which offer consistent heat distribution due to their well-designed port arrangement. Additionally, Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) provide powerful, efficient cooking with 40,000 BTU NAT output. These patented high-output burners feature a three-piece design for easy cleaning and a non-clog structure with built-in port protection and a drip ring, ensuring durability and reliability. The Pyromax burner option is available as a group of four, ideal for high-heat cooking applications.
For baking and roasting, the 45,000 BTU NAT Standard Oven (Model D) features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a standing pilot system. The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with the capacity to hold full-sized pans in both orientations. One rack with two-position side rails is included to offer flexibility for different cooking needs.
The range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), providing storage space and contributing to a clean, professional appearance. Additionally, there is an optional no-charge door available to enclose the base, further enhancing the unit's functionality and design.
