The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is designed to meet the high demands of commercial kitchens with its durable construction and powerful performance. Measuring 48-5/8” in width and featuring a 37” high cooking top, this range is built for efficient and versatile cooking. It is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, ensuring a sleek and easy-to-clean surface. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers quick and convenient control over the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas flow for consistent performance. The open top burners are equipped with a standing pilot system, and the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for easy start-up.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are designed for superior heat distribution. The range includes (8) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, each featuring a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution across the cooking surface, allowing for precise and efficient cooking.
The Standard Oven Models (Model D) offer a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT output with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep and accommodates full-sized pans in both directions. It includes one rack with two position side rails for added flexibility in cooking.
The range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which provides ample storage space and helps maintain a clean, professional appearance in the kitchen. Additionally, there is an optional no-charge door available to enclose the base, enhancing both its functionality and its sleek design.
