The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen environments. With a total width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers ample space for multitasking during peak service hours. Built with a sleek stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail, it’s as durable as it is stylish—perfect for any professional kitchen. For safety and convenience, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator for easy setup.
This model includes four powerful 33,000 BTU NAT star burners constructed from heavy-duty cast iron. Designed with a unique port arrangement, these burners ensure even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing, searing, and high-volume cooking. The unit also includes a smooth steel griddle, available in either 24” or 48” widths and mounted on the left or right side. The 24” griddle features a 1/2” thick polished steel plate, while the 48” version boasts a 1” thick plate—both with raised sides to contain grease and splatter. Choose between manual or thermostatic controls for precise griddle temperature management.
The space-saving double oven (Model EE) offers exceptional baking and roasting capabilities with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven. It includes a standing pilot ignition system and a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Inside, the oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep, complete with one oven rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking. Battery spark ignition ensures reliable startup, making this range a versatile, heavy-duty solution for any commercial kitchen setup.
