The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range designed for high-efficiency performance in professional kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit provides ample space for multitasking and large-scale meal preparation. The range features a durable stainless steel front and sides with a 4” stainless steel front rail, offering both a sleek appearance and long-lasting durability. Safety and ease of use are enhanced by a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas pressure regulator.
This configuration includes a 5-burner setup designed to boost flexibility and output. It features two high-powered 33,000 BTU NAT star burners in front, with a specialized port arrangement for even flame distribution, ideal for sautéing and simmering. In the rear, two robust Pyromax burners are paired with three standard front burners, creating a configuration optimized for both rapid heating and consistent cooking performance.
Equipped with the space-saving double oven model (EE), the range offers premium baking and roasting capabilities. Each oven operates with a 45,000 BTU NAT burner, a standing pilot, and a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are finished in easy-to-clean porcelain enamel and measure 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails, while battery spark ignition ensures reliable and efficient startup.
