The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a versatile and high-performance commercial gas range built for efficiency and durability in busy kitchens. With a width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers ample workspace for all your cooking needs. It is constructed with durable stainless steel on the front and sides, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail for a sleek and easy-to-maintain design. For safety, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator for quick and secure operation.
This model features a split burner configuration, which includes two star/saute’ burners in the front and two powerful 33K BTU standard burners in the rear. This setup allows for flexible cooking options, with precise heat control for sautéing, searing, and high-output cooking tasks. Additionally, the charbroiler, available on the left or right side of the range, features a 24” cooking surface with removable, easy-to-clean cast iron grates, making it perfect for grilling meats and vegetables.
The convection oven model (A) offers exceptional baking and roasting capabilities with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. It features a standing pilot light and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing accurate and consistent temperature control. The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and comes with three racks with five-position side rails for flexibility. The oven also includes a 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC), designed with overload protection, permanent lubrication, and Class “B” insulation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
The 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides extra storage space, and the option for a no-charge door adds further customization for your kitchen’s needs. With its powerful burners, versatile cooking surfaces, and efficient convection oven, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is the perfect solution for high-output, professional kitchens that require flexibility, reliability, and performance.
