The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a rugged and versatile commercial gas range designed to deliver high performance in any professional kitchen. With a width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this unit combines power, flexibility, and a durable stainless steel exterior—including the front, sides, and a 4” front rail—for lasting performance and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator provide safety and convenience, while a standing pilot system for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure dependable operation.
This model includes a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), offering two star/saute’ burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, providing a balanced setup for both high-output and precision cooking. A griddle top, available in 24” or 48” widths (positioned on the left or right), features a smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides. The 1/2” griddle is ideal for manual or thermostatic control in smaller sections, while the 1” griddle plate on the 48” model delivers maximum heat retention and even cooking for larger volumes.
The range also features a dependable standard oven (Model D), powered by 45,000 BTUs of natural gas. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven is well-suited for roasting, baking, or finishing dishes. Its spacious porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and accommodates full-size pans in either direction. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to accommodate various cooking needs.
Finishing off the range is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, ideal for storing cookware and utensils. An optional no-charge door is also available to keep stored items secure and out of sight.
