The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is engineered for the high-demand environment of commercial kitchens, offering unmatched performance, durability, and versatility. This commercial gas range is 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a stainless steel front and sides along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator provide added safety and convenience, ensuring your kitchen remains compliant and operational at all times. The range also includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for its oven bases, ensuring reliable and efficient start-ups.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) offers excellent flexibility, featuring one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, allowing you to manage high-heat tasks and low-simmering operations with ease. For even more versatility, the range offers the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), delivering 40,000 BTU NAT power. These patented high-output burners are designed with a three-piece construction, making them easy to clean and offering non-clog performance. They also include a built-in port protection drip ring, and a group of four burners is available for added capacity.
The standard oven (Model D) is built to accommodate heavy-duty cooking needs, with a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT output and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing it to easily fit full-sized pans both ways. One rack with two-position side rails offers flexibility in baking, roasting, and broiling.
To support your kitchen storage needs, the 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides extra storage space, with an optional no-charge door for additional organization.
