Engineered for performance and versatility, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a commercial-grade solution designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens. With an overall width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this heavy-duty gas range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, offering both durability and a clean, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide added safety and functionality, while standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure reliable operation.
The cooking surface includes a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) with two high-performance star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, delivering precise control for a range of cooking applications. Adjacent to the burners, a 24” charbroiler (available on the left or right side) offers removable cast iron grates, making it ideal for grilling meats and vegetables with authentic char marks and smoky flavor.
Beneath the cooktop, the Space Saver Double Oven Model (EE) delivers professional baking and roasting capabilities without occupying excessive space. Each oven is powered by 45,000 BTUs and features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating various pan sizes. Each compartment includes one oven rack with adjustable side rails, allowing for flexible cooking configurations.
