The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens, offering a robust combination of power, efficiency, and versatility. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this gas range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides, delivering both resilience and a sleek, professional finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed gas regulator enhance safety and control. The range uses standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases to ensure dependable startup.
The cooktop includes a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) featuring one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, giving chefs the flexibility to handle various cooking styles with precision. Complementing the burners is a 36” charbroiler (available on the left or right), complete with removable cast iron grates—perfect for high-heat grilling with authentic charbroiled flavor and easy cleanup.
Below, the unit features Space Saver Double Ovens (Model EE), each powered by 45,000 BTUs and offering a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting standard sheet pans with ease. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing flexibility for baking, roasting, or holding.
