The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers professional-grade cooking power and flexibility, designed to meet the high demands of commercial kitchens. This 48-5/8” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top, with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety, while a factory-installed regulator provides smooth and reliable gas flow. The open top burners are equipped with standing pilots, and the battery spark ignition system for oven bases ensures quick and reliable starting. The burner configuration is designed for efficiency, making it perfect for various cooking tasks.
A key feature of this series is the Griddle Top, available in two options: a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 48" wide griddles, which is available in both manual or thermostatic control, and a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides for even greater durability and cooking precision. This griddle top is ideal for preparing a wide range of items, including pancakes, eggs, and burgers.
For oven capabilities, the Standard Oven Models (D) feature 45,000 BTU NAT gas power with a standing pilot. The thermostat offers a range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing versatility for baking, roasting, and broiling. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-sized pans both horizontally and vertically. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to adjust for optimal cooking height.
This range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, offering convenient storage space. An optional no-charge door is also available, allowing for a sleek, streamlined look.
